In dire need of a strong editor

Alone, each of the chapters presented within is a fine contribution to the discussion of 5GW; what is missing is a strong editor's hand to cull the frequently repeated points. The discussion of how GMW and xGW models differ is mostly the same each time discussed; it would be nice to have a core chapter on what ground the authors agree, with subsequent chapters discussing the deltas or other areas into which individuals wish to expand.
Furthermore, the Kindle version suffers greatly in the translation. Lists of bullet points are formatted poorly; every graphic appears to have been done without regard to the Kindle's abilities (or lack thereof); font sizes and hinting change without regard to the text; many of the footnotes are poorly formed.
